ರಾಜನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವಾಷನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗಾದರೂ ಯಾವಾಗಲಾದರೂ ಹೋದರೆ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀವು ಇರಲೇಬೇಕು. ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ರಾಜನನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದಿರಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾವಲುಗಾರನೂ ಆಯುಧವನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿರಲೇಬೇಕು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮೀಪಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಬಂದರೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಕು” ಎಂದನು.
